Williams has some exciting offensive tools, namely 65-grade speed and plus raw power, but he is unlikely to stick at shortstop long term. That speed could lead to him moving to center field, and he has the arm to handle third, but he could also just slide over to the keystone. The big question will be whether the home-schooled 18-year-old can hit enough to put his speed and power in play. He'll likely be a slow mover in the lower levels, and is best reserved for deeper dynasty leagues.
