Isaac Galloway

Galloway has spent a decade in the Marlins' system, slowly climbing the organizational ladder. He's hit the wall at Triple-A, spending most of the past three seasons there, but this may finally be the year he breaks through to the big leagues. If that were to happen, it would mostly be due to the team's fire sale creating a need and Miami not wanting to pay to bring in a veteran option -- not Galloway forcing his way up. Galloway hit 10 homers and stole 31 bases with the Marlins' top minor-league affiliate in 2016, and he followed that up with 10 homers and 14 steals (16 attempts) in limited action across three levels last year, but he owns just a .300 on-base percentage in 1039 plate appearances at Triple-A. He's never walked much and his strikeout percentage has hovered close to the mid-20s in recent seasons.
