Stevens became expendable after the Blue Bombers inked veteran NFL receivers Kenbrell Thompkins and Rueben Randle to contracts Tuesday. The 23-year-old Stevens has yet to make his debut in Canada while he spent the last two seasons unsuccessfully trying to win an NFL roster spot after going undrafted out of Auburn in 2016.
