Quarterback BC Lions
June 18, 2018 Jonathon Jennings News
RotoWire Fantasy Analysis
Jennings completed 20 of 24 passes for 183 yards and two touchdowns to go with 57 yards on nine rushing attempts in Saturday's 22-10 win over Montreal.
Jennings was unstoppable in this one, as he not only was highly accurate through the air, he also led the team in rushing. The 25-year-old came out of the gate hot, as he hit a wide-open Shaq Johnson for a 35-yard touchdown on the Lions' second drive of the game. He certainly looked every bit like the version of himself from 2016, when he exceeded 5,000 yards passing while adding 363 on the ground. The Saginaw State product will get a bye week to rest his legs before traveling to Edmonton for a Week 3 showdown with the Eskimos.
