Leading rusher in loss
September 23, 2018
London rushed 11 times for 66 yards and a touchdown Saturday against Florida.
ANALYSIS
London was one of the few bright spots in an ugly 47-21 loss to the Gators. Ty Chandler received more touches out of the backfield, but London was more efficient. The Vols will face even more resistance next weekend at Georgia.

2016 Fantasy Outlook
London was one of two impact freshman running backs in the Spartan backfield last season, but London’s 2015 campaign was a bit more of a rollercoaster than his counterpart L.J. Scott’s. The 6-1, 216, London started the year with a bang, including an 18-carry, 103-yard performance in a big time win against Oregon. However, after getting at least 13 carries in his first six games, a leg injury stopped London’s season in its tracks and he never regained momentum after he returned in November. Whether it was Michigan State’s offense getting into a better rhythm with a Scott-Gerald Holmes combo or a case where London never got back to 100 percent health, London had just 24 carries over the last five games--and 12 of those came in one game. With that, London’s outlook coming into 2016 is murky at best. Both Scott and Holmes are still on the team, and although Michigan State figures to have a more run-heavy approach in 2016 without Connor Cook under center, there are only so many carries to go around.
