2018 Fantasy Outlook
Hollins enters his second season in a similar situation to that in which he found himself his rookie year: fourth on the depth chart. Alshon Jeffery and Nelson Agholor are returning, and Mike Wallace will presumably replace Torrey Smith. However, the Eagles are high on Hollins and even hired his college position coach to continue their work together with the team in Philadelphia. While the former Tar Heel saw targets in only one of 2017's first five games, the 6-4 receiver was developing quite a rapport with Carson Wentz prior to the latter's season-ending knee injury, as Wentz targeted Hollins at least once in each of his last seven games prior to hitting injured reserve. If Wentz makes a speedy recovery and Hollins impresses in the preseason like he did in 2017, the 24-year-old could be poised to surprise many this year. Read Past Outlooks

Looks unlikely to play in 2018

Hollins (groin) has been eligible to return from injured reserve since Week 9, but there hasn't been any indication from the Philadelphia coaching staff that the wideout is close to practicing again, Zack Rosenblatt of NJ.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Tight end Richard Rodgers (knee) was cleared to practice Tuesday, leaving room for only one more player on the Eagles' injured reserve list to rejoin the active roster this season. At this stage, Hollins looks to be a less likely candidate than fellow receiver Mike Wallace (lower leg) to make a return, given the 2017 fourth-round pick's lack of noticeable progress in his recovery from the groin injury. With the Eagles already bolstering their receiver room with the trade-deadline pickup of Golden Tate, Hollins probably wouldn't have been in line for a meaningful role on offense even if he had healed as quickly as the team hoped.

This Week's Opposing Pass Defense
How does the Texans pass defense compare to other NFL teams this season?
The bars represents the team's percentile rank (based on QB Rating Against). The longer the bar, the better their pass defense is. The team and position group ratings only include players that are currently on the roster and not on injured reserve. The list of players in the table only includes defenders with at least 3 attempts against them.

2017 Fantasy Outlook
Hollins should slot in as the Eagles' fourth wide receiver, at least, simply because of his special teams ability. In the event he sees some offensive snaps, he presents a potential big-play threat, as he stands 6-4, weighs 221 pounds, averaged more than 20 yards per reception at North Carolina, and ran a 4.53 40 at the Combine. In the event of an injury to one of the starters at the position and further lackluster production from Nelson Agholor, Hollins could easily become a consideration in the fantasy realm in 2017 -- especially since Jordan Matthews was shipped off to the Bills in the preseason.
