Howard signed a four-year, $12.3 million contract with the Texans, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Howard, selected 23rd overall in the 2019 draft, gets a $7 million signing bonus. The deal includes a fifth-year club option. The 6-foot-5, 322-pounder is expected to compete for the starting left tackle job during training camp.
