2020 Fantasy Outlook
Miller's rookie 2019 campaign was a study in both perseverance and frustration, with injury the connective tissue between both. The speedy Bowling Green alum wasn't able to suit up until the Buccaneers' third preseason game due to a training camp hamstring pull, and he ultimately aggravated it Week 15. Miller saw action in 10 games overall, but he logged a modest 180 snaps from scrimmage and parlayed them into a 13-200-1 line. His wheels were evident over that small sample, as four of Miller's grabs went for 20 or more yards. The second-year pro will head into training camp looking to secure the No. 3 receiver job in the wake of Breshad Perriman's departure to the Jets in free agency, but he projects to face competition from rookie Tyler Johnson and third-year position mate Justin Watson. However, Miller made a solid Year 2 leap during the regular season in the form of a 33-501-3 line over 480 offensive plays, and he followed it up with four receptions for 80 yards and a touchdown over the Buccaneers' first three postseason games. Looking ahead to 2021, Miller could be poised for a full-time No. 3 role at minimum, considering both Chris Godwin and Antonio Brown are ticketed for free agency.

2019 Fantasy Outlook
As a rookie sixth-round pick, Miller will need to make an impression on special teams to stick on the final roster. Miller is undersized at 5-9, 174, so in that aspect he's a reasonable facsimile of departed slot receiver extraordinaire Adam Humphries. The speedster enjoyed a productive college career at Bowling Green (3,736 all-purpose yards in four seasons), and he's made a positive impression at OTAs. Miller's most secure path to a roster spot and fantasy relevance will be as a returner, with opportunities as a receiver likely to be at a premium early in his career due to multiple proven players slotting in ahead of him in the pecking order.
