ANALYSIS
Foley hasn't made a start on the PGA Tour since August of 2014, but he'll make his return on a big stage this week at Oakmont. He was never really able to establish himself upon earning a PGA Tour card in 2014, which he eventually lost after just one season, so he won't likely be a popular fantasy option this week by any means.
