Roland McKeown

McKeown served as an occasional call-up for the Canes in 2017-18, suiting up for just 10 games over the course of the season. He notched three assists over that span while averaging 13:25 of ice time in a third-pairing role. The Canes remain quite deep on the blue line, so McKeown is not likely to see any meaningful time at the NHL level this year, unless the team is besieged by injuries. He is more likely to once again spend the majority of the season representing AHL Charlotte, with whom he has recorded a modest 34 points over the past two campaigns.
