Giorgio Belsanti

Has a night to forget at Bellator 196
FeatherweightBellator
April 6, 2018
Belsanti lost to Brian Moore via submission (guillotine choke) at 2:46 of Round 1 at Bellator 196 on Friday in Budapest, Hungary.
ANALYSIS
Belsanti is mostly a kickboxer, so he came out looking to push the pace with his striking and footwork. However, Moore caught him with a cross almost immediately. The strike dropped Belsanti and forced him to work on the ground. He ate some shots on the bottom before escaping back to his feet. Moore used the escape to set up a guillotine and finished the fight. Despite picking up a victory in his Bellator debut, he did not appear to be on the level in this fight.
