The substance Allan popped for has yet to be disclosed, and there's no word on whether or not Allan will appeal, but it's likely for him to be dealt at least some sort of suspension. More information should come out in the near future on whether or not a suspension will be dealt out or not.

Wins in late-notice UFC debut
Light HeavyweightUFC
July 13, 2019
Allan defeated Mike Rodriguez via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Sacramento.
Making his official UFC debut on short notice for Gian Villante (undisclosed), Allan emerged victorious despite entering as the biggest underdog (+340) on Saturday's card. He started slowly before leaning on his wrestling to control a clearly exhausted Rodriguez. Allan's four successful takedowns (on six tries) and three submission attempts were more than enough to earn him the decision. Allan's striking defense is poor and he has been a wholly mediocre fighter throughout the course of his nearly seven-year pro career, but he got the job done on Saturday and we'll undoubtedly see him again in the UFC in short order.
