Out injured again

Jota has picked up an injury after being subbed off in the 74th minute of Sunday's 3-1 win against Fulham, as manager Jurgen Klopp told reporters, "Unfortunately, yes. Diogo scored the goal, felt a little bit and now we found out it's a little bit more. So he will be out for two weeks."
ANALYSIS
Jota is now set for another tenure on the sidelines after just returning from an eight-match absence four games ago, as he is now dealing with an undisclosed issue that will leave him out for two weeks. This is a tough blow for the forward, as he just earned his first start since recovering from his previous issues, with Darwin Nunez most likely reclaiming the starting spot at striker now that Jota is out. He is now set for a return for the May 5 match against Tottenham or the May 13 game against Aston Villa, looking to avoid setbacks and make a clean return before the conclusion of the season.

Could leave Reds

February 12, 2023
Jota is among the players Liverpool would be willing to sell in the summer if the right offer comes along, according to Football Insider.
ANALYSIS
Liverpool can't sign new players if they do not allow some big-name departures, but the list of players that would command a massive transfer fee is not particularly long at Anfield. Jota fits that mold, but his persistent injury woes are something that might scare a few teams off.
