Bucks Look To Take Advantage Of Hobbled Nets
The Brooklyn Nets play host to the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals at Barclays Center on Tuesday evening.

After a, 2-0, start to the series, the Nets fell short in Game 3 and Game 4 in Milwaukee, as the Bucks managed to tie it up with two strong home wins. The Nets have had some tough luck in addition to the two consecutive losses, as Kyrie Irving went down with an injured ankle in the second quarter of Game 4, and did not return to action. Irving will remain out through Game 5, while James Harden (hamstring) is listed as questionable for action, which leaves a lot of pressure on the shoulders of Kevin Durant to lead the way and keep the Nets in the series.

The Bucks squeezed out the win in Game 3, but their effort in Game 4 was much more convincing, as they won by 11 points and led by as many as 19 points. The contest got out to a tight start, but the Bucks picked up the pace in the second and outscored the Nets, 30-22, to take a five-point lead by halftime. They carried the momentum into the second half and outscored the Nets by seven points in the third, to take a 12-point lead into the final frame. The Nets kept up the fight in the fourth, but the Bucks hung on to close out the second straight home win and tie the series.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way with 34 points, 12 rebounds, three assists and a block, in Game 4, while Khris Middleton followed up with 19 points, eight assists, four rebounds, two steals and two blocks, and Jrue Holiday tallied 14 points, nine assists and three rebounds. Meanwhile, Kevin Durant led the Nets with 28 points, 13 rebounds, five assists, a block and a steal. Despite playing just 17 minutes, Kyrie Irving was the Nets' next-highest scorer, with 11 points on 5-of-11 shooting, while Blake Griffin added eight points, five rebounds, three assists and a steal.

The Bucks have momentum on their side and an opportunity to take advantage of a hobbled Nets team in Game 5, which would set them up perfectly two wrap it up in six, at home.
