2023 Fantasy Outlook
Miller signed with Atlanta this offseason and may take over for Damiere Byrd, who averaged 20.6 yards per catch last year, as the team's deep threat in 2023. A 2019 sixth-round pick, Miller posted more than 15 YPC in both of his first two campaigns, but he combined for less than 8.0 YPC between 2021 and 2022, including 23 receptions for 185 yards in 15 games for Tampa Bay last season. His best statistical showing came in 2020, when he posted a 33-501-3 line on 53 targets, but he'll have difficulty replicating those numbers while operating as the fourth or fifth pass-catching option in Atlanta's run-first offense. RANKS
Scores twice in 2023
Miller finished 2023 with 11 receptions for 161 yards and two touchdowns across 17 appearances.
ANALYSIS
After four years in Tampa Bay, Miller signed a one-year deal to join the Falcons last offseason. It took the speedster until Week 5 to record his first catch with Atlanta, and despite carving out a role after that, he posted modest production, totaling nine catches (14 targets) for 95 yards from Weeks 5 to 17. Miller flashed in the season finale, catching both of his targets for a season-high 66 yards, but it wasn't enough to salvage his fantasy campaign. Miller is one of a handful of Falcons wideouts set to be unrestricted free agents this offseason, so whomever replaces Arthur Smith may have a completely revamped pass-catching corps behind Drake London, Kyle Pitts and Bijan Robinson.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Top healthy WR in Week 2?
Miller could be Tampa Bay's top healthy wide receiver in Week 2 against the Saints, as Greg Auman of The Athletic reports that Chris Godwin will miss the game while Mike Evans, Julio Jones, Russell Gage and Breshad Perriman are all questionable due to their respective injuries.
ANALYSIS
Even if some or all of the questionable wideouts suit up, Miller will likely dress after sitting out as a healthy scratch in Week 1, as return man Jaelon Darden is the only other Tampa Bay wide receiver that avoided the injury report. Miller has shown some nice chemistry with Tom Brady when given opportunities in the past, most notably catching a 39-yard touchdown just before halftime against the Packers in the NFC Championship game the season before last.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2021
2020
2019
Miller enjoyed exponentially better health during his second season than his rookie 2019 campaign, as the speedy Bowling Green product suited up for all 16 contests and produced a solid 33-501-3 receiving line that he complemented with 14 rushing yards. He saw 53 targets overall and scored a key touchdown in the NFC Championship Game, but he often took a back seat whenever Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Antonio Brown all were healthy in the second half of the season. Looking ahead to 2021, Miller presumably will open the campaign in the same No. 4 role in which he finished the team's Super Bowl run, but he could face competition from promising second-year wideout Tyler Johnson.
