"Following the incident that took place last week at the training center and for which I decline all responsibility, I have decided, on this day 11/2/2023, to ending my collaboration with Montpellier Hearault Sports Club."

Sahko will no longer represent the blue and orange for Montpellier after three seasons with the club, as he was forced to depart due to a training ground incident with manager Michel Der Zakarian, where Sahko pushed his manager to the ground due to a dispute on a no call during a training match. This a sour way for the defender's career to possibly end, as he had a decent tenure playing professional football, spending time in Premier League playing for the likes of Liverpool and Crystal Palace before joining the Ligue 1, and also spending some time with the French national team. He may struggle to find a new club after committing such a childish act that may end his career, but luckily for Montpellier, his departure won't affect the squad, as he has only played six minutes this season.
