DraftKings NBA: Saturday Cheat Sheet

DraftKings NBA: Saturday Cheat Sheet

This article is part of our DraftKings NBA series.

We have two games on opposite ends of the spectrum Saturday as the Celtics and Bucks play a deciding Game 7 while the Pelicans and Warriors play Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals. There are limited options with only two games, but there is still plenty of money to be won on DraftKings. Here are some players to consider as you craft your lineup.

GUARD

Rajon Rondo, NO at GS ($7,500): This should be a fun, high-scoring series as both teams played at a fast pace during the regular season. Rondo shined in the first round against the Blazers, scoring at least 38.8 DraftKings points in all four games. Even though his scoring upside isn't great, his ability to contribute across the board makes him someone to consider based on his high floor.

Terry Rozier, BOS vs. MIL ($6,600):
The Celtics return home with a chance to advance to the second round despite being without Kyrie Irving (knee). Rozier has played very well in his absence, scoring at least 31.3 DraftKings points in five of the six games in this series. He's not shooting for a high percentage, but he is still averaging 16.2 points and 6.3 assists per contest. At this mid-tied price, Rozier could provide value again.

Marcus Smart, BOS vs. MIL ($4,600):
Smart missed the first four games of this series recovering from a thumb injury, but has returned to play at least 25 minutes in back-to-back games. He scored 26.8 DraftKings points in Game 5, but flopped with just 9.5 DraftKings points in Game 6. He's not a great shooter but can provide tremendous value defensively when given extended playing time. There aren't a lot of viable cheap options, but Smart might be worth the risk in tournament play.

FORWARD

Giannis Antetokounmpo, MIL at BOS ($10,100): The Bucks have given Giannis all the playing time he can handle in this series, logging at least 40 minutes in five of six games. His 31.3 percent usage rate during the regular season ranked seventh in the league, so he's going to put up big numbers when he's on the floor that much. With at least 42.3 DraftKings points in each game of the series, look for him to excel Saturday.

Khris Middleton, MIL at BOS ($6,900):
Middleton had his least productive game of the series Thursday, scoring 24.8 DraftKings points. He played 39 minutes, but attempted just eight shots. He had at least 14 shot attempts in each of the first five games, so expect him to be more involved again Saturday. This is the lowest he has been priced since Game 1, leaving owners with a prime opportunity to take advantage.

Jabari Parker, MIL at BOS ($5,600):
Parker was a non-factor in the first two games of the series but has played at least 26 minutes and scored at least 28.3 DraftKings points in each of the last four contests. The Bucks won three of those four games, so expect Parker to receive added playing time again Saturday. He's not overly cheap, but he can help with your budget as well.

CENTER

Draymond Green, GS vs. NO ($7,700): Green was stellar in the first round against the Spurs, scoring at least 40 DraftKings points in four of five games. He was tasked with being more of a facilitator with Stephen Curry (knee) out, leading to some excellent all-around stat lines. There is a chance Curry could return for Game 1, but he may not be allowed to play his full allotment of minutes if he does. If you don't want to pay up for Anthony Davis ($11,100), Green could provide excellent value.

Thon Maker, MIL at BOS ($3,800): With John Henson (back) sidelined, Maker has played at least 23 minutes in four consecutive games. He was excellent by scoring at least 22.5 DraftKings points in both of the first two games during that stretch, but has only scored a combined 17.8 DraftKings points since. However, he's going to get more playing time again Saturday if Henson does not return. The cheap options at center are bad, but Maker at least has some upside if you want to take a chance in tournament play.
