The veteran signal-caller put up some impressive numbers in the loss, but it wasn't enough to overcome a large first-half deficit. Durant was able to shake off a first-quarter collision to will his way into the end zone on a one-yard sneak in the third quarter, beginning a Roughriders comeback from a 22-3 halftime deficit. He added a second one-yard rushing touchdown later in the period and managed to drive Saskatchewan down into the end zone one final time with some sharp passing. The pair of scores on the ground were Durant's first of the season, while the yardage total through the air represented his first 300-yard game since back in Week 3 against the Eskimos. Despite the loss, the performance was an encouraging one for Durant from a fantasy perspective, one that he'll look to build on when the Riders take on the Blue Bombers.
