Ray (neck) will not return during the 2018 season, CFL.ca reports.
ANALYSIS
Ray sustained a neck injury in the second game of the season, and many presumed he would be unable to return this season. Head coach Marc Trestman confirmed those suspicions Monday, stating that the Argonauts will continue as it currently stands. The 38-year-old Ray did not say he would retire after incurring the season-ending injury, though his future prospects certainly aren't great given his age and his tough start to the 2018 season.
