Leaves Oregon State
Allen put his name into the NCAA's transfer portal Wednesday and informed Oregon State he intends to leave the program, Nick Daschel of The Oregonian reports.
ANALYSIS
Allen spent two seasons at Oregon State, appearing in 12 total games and accruing two receptions for 22 yards. The wideout was set to face an uphill battle for earning reps in 2019, so he'll presumably look to move on to a smaller school where he can carve out a more significant role. Since he leaves Oregon State without a degree, Allen would have to sit out the upcoming season if he transfers to another FBS school, barring the NCAA granting him a waiver affording him immediate eligibility.
