2018 Fantasy Outlook
Louis, selected in the fourth round of the 2016 draft, projects to be in the mix for a depth role among Cleveland's receiving corps. Across two seasons, Louis has racked up 45 receptions for 562 yards with no touchdowns while usually serving as the team's fourth receiver. At 6-foot-2, 215, he has good size, though he has yet to fully utilize it on game day. The Browns still like his upside, but time is running out for him to show it. Read Past Outlooks

Louis (neck) signed a one-year contract with the Dolphins on Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The 2016 fourth-round pick was released by Cleveland last week after missing the entire 2018 campaign with a neck injury. Louis previously played all 32 games his first two NFL seasons, catching 45 of 96 targets (47 percent) for 562 yards (5.9 YPT) without any touchdowns. The inefficient production suggests he'll have a tough time sticking around in the NFL, though terrible quarterback play in Cleveland undoubtedly was a major factor. Louis will compete with the likes of Brice Butler and Isaiah Ford for a spot at the bottom of Miami's wideout depth chart.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
As a rookie, Louis only managed to record 18 receptions for 205 yards, but he could see an expanded role in 2017 with Terrelle Pryor now in Washington. Even though the Browns signed veteran Kenny Britt, we still expect Louis to see increased targets. If the team can find a stable quarterback to lead the charge, Louis could become a fantasy darkhorse as the team's slot receiver.
Louis, a rookie fourth-round pick, boasts a ton of athleticism with 4.43 speed and a 38-inch vertical. However, he'll need to shore up his route running and hands if he wants to separate himself on a roster suddenly loaded with young wide receiver talent. He'll compete with fellow rookies Rashard Higgins and Jordan Payton, and veterans such as Marlon Moore and Terrelle Pryor for playing time, but his explosiveness could make him an intriguing pick in the deepest of leagues.
