Strohmeyer carded a one-under 71 in the final round of the Sanderson Farms Championship to finish in a tie for fourth place.
ANALYSIS
Not bad for a man making his first career start on the PGA Tour. Strohmeyer's driver was a serious weapon in Jackson, as he led the field in driving distance at 325.5 yards and was also first in SG: Off-the-tee. His performance on the greens was also of note, ranking fifth in SG: Putting and sixth in putts per GIR. The combination of length and strong putting is something to keep an eye on as the fall section of the schedule rolls on. Strohmeyer will be in the field for the Shriners Open this week.
