This week's set of risers includes 19-year-old Stars center Wyatt Johnston, who hasn't slowed down in the second half of his rookie season.
Latest Fantasy Rumors
Will play in World Championship
Olofsson will play for Team Sweden in the IIHF World Championship in May, Lance Lysowski of The Buffalo News reports.
ANALYSIS
Olofsson, a pending unrestricted free agent, will try to make a good impression for other NHL teams during the international tournament, as it seems unlikely he'll re-sign with Buffalo. He had a tough 2023-24 season with the Sabres, picking up just seven goals and 15 points in 51 games while often sitting as a healthy scratch.

Olofsson continued to be one of Buffalo's more important players a season ago, posting exactly 20 goals for the second time in three years while also finishing with a career-high 49 points. He managed these numbers despite a significantly decreased role with the man advantage, seeing 44 seconds less of power-play time per game compared to 2020-21. Olofsson, who will play this entire season at age 27, was rewarded with a two-year, $9.5 million contract extension this offseason. He's a candidate for increased production if the Sabres take a step forward as a team as many are projecting.
