Kyle defeated Daniel Gallemore via TKO (knees) at 1:01 of Round 1 at PFL Fight Night on Thursday in Washington, D.C.
ANALYSIS
This fight was over quick. Kyle clearly came into this matchup looking to land the uppercut. Early in the fight, Gallemore changed levels and Kyle was ready to catch him with an uppercut. It was immediately obvious that the punch had an impact on Gallemore. Kyle sensed that the finish was near, and he unleashed a series of knees along the cage. At the 61 second mark, referee Mario Yamasaki had seen enough and stopped the fight. Despite the victory, it is hard to see where Kyle goes from here. The 37-year-old is still only 2-3 in his last five fights, and his history of rule violations might keep him out of bigger promotions.

Kyle will face Clifford Starks at WSOF 22 on Saturday, Luke Thomas of MMA Fighting reports.
ANALYSIS
Kyle was originally supposed to fight Thiago Silva but he failed to obtain a license from the Nevada Athletic Association, resulting in Starks as a last-second replacement. There's certainly a chance Kyle will have the upper hand since he's been preparing for the fight, but Starks comes into the match with an impressive 11-2 record.

Kyle will no longer be facing Thiago Silva during WSOF 22 since the Nevada Athletic Commission refuses to issue Silva a license, Ariel Helwani of MMA Fighting reports.
ANALYSIS
Kyle is still expected to fight on Aug. 1 during the scheduled time but his new opponent is yet to be determined. The 35-year-old currently sports a record of 21-12-1 but is just 1-3 over his previous four bouts.
