Withdraws due to health problems

Melzer withdrew from his match against Kevin Anderson on Wednesday due to health problems, Michael Gallo of TSN reports.

Melzer had already announced that the Erste Bank Open would be his final singles tournament, so the withdrawal effectively ends his career. He beat Milos Raonic on Monday in what will end up being his last match.
