Paschall will return to Villanova for his senior season, Joe Juliano of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Paschall's giant step forward in his junior season played a massive role in Villanova's championship run. More specifically, it was Paschall's improved shooting ability that allowed the Wildcats to optimize their floor spacing, as he shot a career-best 35.6 percent from three-point range. However, even with a breakout showing in the NCAA Tournament, Paschall's fit in today's NBA is still unclear, so he'll return to lead what should be yet another highly ranked Villanova team in 2018.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Paschall had a game-high 24 points (10-11 FG, 4-5 3 Pt) to go along with three assists and three rebounds in Saturday's 95-79 victory over.

The Wildcats shot 45 percent from beyond the three-point line as a team, and Paschall was a primary cog in that machine. There's no time quite like the Final Four to set personal bests in both field goals and three-pointers made, and Paschall did just that. He's now scored in double figures in all but one NCAA Tournament game, making a breakout similar to that of Kris Jenkins during Villanova's 2016 national title run. Paschall will face tougher perimeter defense against the Wolverines on Monday, but with plenty of capable outside shooters, the team could still get by even without a game-changing effort.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Paschall scored 12 points (2-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 8-10 FT) and grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds in the win over Texas Tech on Sunday in the NCAA Tournament.

Paschall had his first double-double of the season and helped combat the bigger Red Raiders. He has averaged 11.0 points in the four NCAA Tournament games. The 6-8 junior could use his size well against Kansas next Saturday in an intriguing Final Four battle.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Paschall (concussion) returned from a two-game absence and had eight points (4-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt) with three rebounds and two assists in the loss to Providence on Wednesday.

Paschall's return moved Collin Gillespie back to the bench. He missed the loss to St. John's and the win over Butler. The senior forward was limited to single-digit scoring for just the third time in Big East play. The Wildcats play a big game at Xavier on Saturday. Paschall had 14 points on 5-of-6 from the field in the Jan. 10 win over the Musketeers.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Paschall (concussion) has been cleared to play Wednesday at Providence, Evan Daniels of 247Sports.com reports.

Paschall has been sidelined for the Wildcats' last two games with the head injury, resulting in freshmen Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree and Collin Gillespie being pressed into larger roles while each receiving a start apiece. Those players' roles should dwindle now that Paschall is back in action, as the junior forward isn't expected to face any minutes restrictions in his return to the court. Paschall is averaging 10.1 points (on 50.9 percent shooting from the floor), 4.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.0 steal in 28.8 minutes per game for the campaign.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Coach Jay Wright indicated after Wednesday's game that Paschall (concussion) will miss at least a week, ESPN's Jeff Borzello reports.

Paschall's absence from Wednesday's game was noticeable, as Villanova fell to St. John's, who was previously winless in the Big East. It appears the Wildcats will have to adjust for at least the next game or two, with more information on the big man's status likely surfacing as his return date draws closer. Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree received the start Wednesday, but it was CollinGillespie who was the biggest beneficiary of minutes in Paschall's absence.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Paschall is out Wednesday against St. John's due to a concussion.

This is a big blow, as the senior forward is averaging 10.1 points per game as a member of the Wildcats' starting five. It's unclear when his concussion symptoms cropped up, but a return Saturday against Butler may not be out of the question. Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree seems like the main beneficiary for extra minutes until Paschall is good to go again.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Paschall scored a team-high 17 points (6-9 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT) with five assists, four steals, and three blocks in the win over Providence on Tuesday.

After scoring in double digits in the first four Big East games, Paschall has scored at least 10 points twice in his last four contests. Against conference opponents, the 6-9 senior is averaging 12.8 points on 60.5 percent from the field and 3.8 rebounds.
