Livers (ankle) will be able to play in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, James Hawkins of The Detroit News reports.

The freshman aggravated a nagging ankle injury in Sunday's win over Purdue in the Big Ten Championship, but the extra week between that and the Big Dance has given Livers time to get additional treatment. He already has the green light to play after being a full participant in Thursday's practice. Look for Livers to remain in the starting lineup when Michigan takes the floor next week.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Livers (ankle) is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against Iowa, Dylan Burkhardt of UMHoops.com reports.

After testing out his ankle in pregame, Livers will give it a go Wednesday after a one-game absence. Livers moved into the starting lineup early in conference play, making seven starts and averaging 4.6 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 0.6 blocks in that stretch prior to his injury. Considering that he's in the starting lineup, Livers may not even face any sort of minutes restriction against the Hawkeyes.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Livers (ankle) is going through some early warmups ahead of Wednesday's game against Iowa, James Hawkins of The Detroit News reports.

Things appear to be trending in the right direction for Livers after the freshman forward suffered an ankle injury against Northwestern that caused him to miss Sunday's win over Wisconsin. According to Hawkins, Livers does not seem to be hampered at all in his movement during pregame, but he will be wearing a protective brace. If Livers does play against the Hawkeyes, his minutes could be scaled back from the 21.0 MPG he was seeing since joining the starting rotation.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Coach John Beilein stated that he's hopeful Livers (ankle) will play Wednesday against Iowa, Max Marcovitch of the Michigan Daily reports.

Livers sat out against Wisconsin despite participating in practice leading up to Sunday's game. He'll likely be a game-time decision against the Hawkeyes, with his status being determined in pregame warmups. If Livers is unable to go, expect Duncan Robinson to get the start yet again.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Livers (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Wisconsin.

Livers was able to participate in practice this week but apparently didn't progress enough in his recovery to be able to suit up for Sunday's contest, so Duncan Robinson will enter the starting five in his place. Livers' next opportunity to return to the court will come Wednesday against Iowa.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Livers (ankle) has been a participant in recent practices but could miss Sunday's game at Wisconsin, Nick Baumgardner of The Detroit Free Press reports.

The good news is that the ankle injury doesn't appear to be all that serious. Should Livers miss Sunday's game against the struggling Badgers, the decision likely would have likely been made with precautionary intentions in mind. The 6-foot-7 freshman should be ready before the Iowa game on Feb. 14.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Livers will move into the starting lineup for Saturday's matchup against Michigan State, Brendan Quinn of The Athletic reports.

This marks the freshman's first collegiate start as Livers will be replacing Duncan Robinson in the lineup. Livers has started to see extended action in conference play, averaging 11.7 points on a ridiculous 82.4 field goal percentage over his last three games. Saturday will be his toughest test to date, however, as he'll be going against one of the top teams in the nation.
