Hastings announced his retirement from all cricket due to a lung condition, Cricbuzz reports.
ANALYSIS
Hastings is capped across all three formats and played an ODI in June 2017 at the start of the Champions Trophy, but has struggled for fitness since, with this lung condition proving to be the root cause for his struggles to stay on the pitch. He'll finish with one Test, 29 ODIs and nine T20Is to his name with a career-best six for 45 taken at Dambulla in a Man of the Match-worthy performance in August 2016, a year that saw him finish as Australia's second-highest wicket taker in ODIs with 29 in 15 innings.
