Cavaliers Defeat Pistons, 126-119
The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the visiting Detroit Pistons, 126-119, at Quicken Loans Arena on Monday.

While Detroit led 32-25 after the first quarter, Cleveland was able to prevail. In fact, they rode a 35-29 second quarter to get back into the game and capped off their victory with a 39-31 fourth quarter. It was close throughout though, as there were 12 ties and 20 lead changes in total, with neither team leading by more than 11 points. The Cavaliers offense was unstoppable, as they shot 58 percent from the field and 50 percent from three-point range. Turnovers were also key, with Cleveland winning the turnover differential, 11-8. That allowed the Cavaliers to win the points off turnover differential, 18-8.

The Pistons (36-34) were led by Wayne Ellington, as he amassed 25 points, two assists and two steals. Andre Drummond finished with 21 points, 21 rebounds, five assists and two steals. Reggie Jackson totaled 15 points, two rebounds and four assists. Ish Smith and Langston Galloway each led the bench with 13 points apiece.

The Cavaliers (18-53) were led by Collin Sexton, as he scored 27 points on 10-of-16 from the field. Cedi Osman accrued 21 points, four rebounds and six assists. Brandon Knight tallied 16 points, four rebounds and five assists while David Nwaba provided 13 points, six rebounds and four assists. Nik Stauskas led the bench with 17 points, two rebounds and two assists.

On deck for Cleveland is a home matchup versus the dominant Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday. As for Detroit, they'ree off until Thursday when they travel to face the Phoenix Suns.
